Top 10 Disney Vacation Truths

Thought it might be fun to look at the top 10 things that are true for just about every Disney vacation – keep in mind I’m talking about the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida here (not all of these apply to Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line or Adventures by Disney).

1. Not all of your plans will go, well, as planned. Keep telling yourself “We’ll be back”.

2. IT WILL RAIN. Plan ahead & buy ponchos at your local dollar store.

3. Your kid(s) will lose it.

4. Your feet will hurt (check out my tips for Saving Feet and Faces).

5. You’ll eat a lot of junk food.

6. Someone will throw up.

7. You’ll blow your souvenir budget, probably on the first day.

8. Your kids will be terrified of things you never imagined.

9. Your kids will be brave enough for rides that make your hair curl.

10. You will fall in love with Disney all over again, each and every trip.
