Beating the Heat at Disney: Part 3 of 3
In the final installment, my tips for the best INDOOR attractions in each park so that you don't get baked on vacation.
Each park has it’s share of indoor attractions where you can take a break (or even a nap). My favorite in each park:
Magic Kingdom – Country Bear Jamboree, Hall of Presidents (well, it used to be) and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
Epcot – The American Adventure, Journey into Imagination with Figment and the Living Seas. The Land is a close second – there’s a lovely seating area near the exit of Soarin’ where you can relax as well.
Hollywood Studios – Plenty of indoor attractions here. Check out Star Wars Launch Bay, Frozen (stage show), Disney Junior Live on Stage, Star Tours (has an indoor queue) and Voyage of the Little Mermaid (stage show). You can also consider walking through One Man’s Dream, if it’s still open.
Animal Kingdom – this park has the least amount of shade, but Finding Nemo the Musical, Lion King (stage show) are both indoors and a lot of fun for the whole family.
Last but not least, stay safe.
Put on PLENTY of sunscreen and bring it with you to the parks for reapplication throughout the day.
