Lady & The Tramp - Italian Theme Night

If there’s no link or separate recipe, it’s because you’re welcome to use whatever recipe you like (or, in most cases, the recipe was rubbish and I won’t waste your time with it).


Italian Theme Night

Movie: Lady and the Tramp

Entree: Spaghetti and meatballs (De Cecco is the tastiest dried pasta we've found)

Sides: Breadsticks, Caprese salad (buffalo mozzarella on a tomato slice, drizzled with balsamic vinegar)


My meatball recipe:

1 pound each – lean ground beef, ground pork and ground veal

Olive oil and panko breadcrumbs as a binder (Ronan is allergic to eggs)

Seasonings to taste: Salt, pepper, parsley, basil, oregano

Form into small ball shapes, bake in oven at 350 until brown

Freeze what you don't eat right away - to defrost, warm through in a pot of spaghetti sauce
