Drink: Virgin margaritas

Entree: Cheese enchiladas - I used flour tortillas instead of corn, turned out OK. Not my favorite, so next time I'll make chicken and cheese for a bit more "filling".

Sides: Knorr Spanish rice, refried beans

Dessert: Egg-free churros due to the niñito's allergy. In a word? Meh.
