If there’s no link or separate recipe, it’s because you’re welcome to use whatever recipe you like (or, in most cases, the recipe was rubbish and I won’t waste your time with it).
Movie: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Drink: Root beer
Entree: Chicken schnitzel (I didn't use egg or flour, just fresh breadcrumbs seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder)
Sides: Homemade pretzel bites using 2-ingredient crazy dough, sauerkraut
Dessert: Apple kuchen
A special note on the decor - I had already drawn Snow White but wanted to go a little 'darker' with the rest of the setup. The black glitter tree is part of our Halloween decor, and I purchased a faux apple branch from Michael's, removed the small, plastic apples, and tied them to the tree with string. The 'moss' at the bottom of the tree was purchased at the dollar store. I also purchased a large faux apple from Michael's and bright green t-shirt paint to craft the poison apple. The treasure chest was also purchased from Michael's and 'stained' it with a marker that's usually used for filling floor scratches. The filler was just crinkles from the dollar store and topped with three Ring Pops to look like gems that the Seven Dwarfs find in their mine.
Genius note: I propped it open with a candy apple stick from the previous week's theme meal.
